Ingredients (4 portions):
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 25 mi dry
- 50 g small shrimp, peeled, chopped
- 3 pieces (25 g) shiitake mushrooms, sliced ½ cm
- 30 g mixed vegetables
- 2 red onions
- salt
- pepper
- cooking oil
How to make:
- Saute onion until fragrant
- Enter the chopped shrimp. Stir until it changes color. Lift. Set aside.
- Boil noodles until done. Remove and drain. Set aside.
- Mix the eggs with a mixture of shrimp, noodles, mushrooms, mixed vegetable, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Cook the egg mixture in a nonstick skillet until cooked.
