Healthy Recipe: Noodle Omelet


Ingredients (4 portions):
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 25 mi dry
  • 50 g small shrimp, peeled, chopped
  • 3 pieces (25 g) shiitake mushrooms, sliced ​​½ cm
  • 30 g mixed vegetables
  • 2 red onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cooking oil

How to make:
  • Saute onion until fragrant
  • Enter the chopped shrimp. Stir until it changes color. Lift. Set aside.
