• Overwritten depressed chest like a heavy burden, pain, pinched or burned.
• This pain can spread throughout the chest, left shoulder, left arm, back, lower neck and lower jaw neck
• Felt like choking or shortness of which lasted for 20 minutes accompanied by cold sweat, feel faint, and beating even, sometimes followed by collapse
• Often occurs in the morning.
